∎ MBBS with MPH
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee Critical Care Area and IP Area, review the medical records and accelerate to Medical Services any critical issue and/or patient related complaints.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per the JCI compliance by the junior doctors.
∎ Oversee the junior medical staff and supervise the activities of Floor Medical Superintendent.
∎ Ensure the roster of Floor Medical Superintendent to ensure optimum patient care.
∎ Review the medical records of expired patient on daily basis to prepare for Monthly Mortality Meeting.
∎ Coordinate with the Chairman of Morbidity & Mortality Committee and Medical Services for preparing and organize the monthly report.
∎ Assisting clinical audits and prepare preliminary report.
∎ Coordinate with DMS office and Consultants to approve their Privileges
∎ Coordinate with DMS office to approve the Privileges of Non Consultant Physician.
∎ To coordinate with Chairman of ICU User Committee and Medical Services to organize Meeting.
∎ Assisting root Cause Analysis of incident report & coordinate implementing the corrective action plan.
∎ Regular monitoring the critical care quality indicators
∎ Monitor documentation of Medical records in Critical Care Units.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by DMS office
∎ Ensure Infection Control protocols, Policy.
