Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, HVAC, MEP, Microsoft Office Applications
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for EME work like HVAC, fire protection, detection and alarm system, plumbing, sanitary system, and lift.
∎ Responsible for providing Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering design review, coordination, and construction technical support for all company projects assigned.
∎ Organize, plan, and manage all contractors and vendors to ensure execution of works as per approved design and drawings and also ensure the quality of works as per the technical specifications.
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, clients, architects, team members, and other stakeholders.
∎ Understanding mechanical and electrical drawings, and technical specifications, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
∎ Make advance plans, supervise daily work progress, and take necessary actions to maintain the work schedule of the project.
∎ Practice and ensure health, safety, and environment (HSE) management system
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates from construction companies will be preferred.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application/Auto-Cad
∎ The ability to work under pressure
∎ Problem-solving skills
