Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role collaborates with the Head of Facility Management to implement maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
∎ The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Mechanical is responsible for overseeing the mechanical systems and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and safe operation of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
∎ Responsibilities include operational oversight, budget management, team leadership, compliance, sustainability initiatives, project management, service and complaint management, and technology integration.
∎ This role collaborates with the Head of Facility Management to implement maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
