∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the mechanical engineering activities of factory & assist supervisor on monitoring the factory operations & new projects development.
∎ Install, test and commission of new plant/ line/ machineries/ equipment.
∎ Plan & execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
∎ Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
∎ Lead & implement process of specific projects.
∎ Ensure random inspection of all machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure projects designing, planning and budgeting in line with the organizations programmed strategy & guidelines of the organizations.
∎ Practical experience of the electric connections of MOTOR, PUMP, COMPRESSOR, Boiler Machine with other Machineries also.
∎ Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any mechanical job.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Solid Works) and engineering analysis tools.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
∎ Assisting Department Head regarding upcoming maintenance schedule and raise spare requisition for that.
∎ Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure products meet quality standards
