Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination of inbound and outbound activities.
∎ Design and optimize warehouse layouts and storage systems for maximum efficiency and effective space utilization.
∎ Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring consistent supply for production needs.
∎ Develop and implement robust inventory tracking systems for accurate management of raw materials and supplies.
∎ Schedule and conduct regular physical inventory audits, promptly reconciling any discrepancies.
∎ Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction without compromising quality.
∎ Implement advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) or other relevant tools to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and international standards for warehouse operations.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, stock movement, and warehouse performance metrics.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material receipts, dispatches, returns, and other operational data.
∎ Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse staff, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
∎ Set clear performance goals through measurable KPIs, regularly reviewing and providing constructive feedback to team members.
∎ Promote a safety-first culture, emphasizing accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

∎ We are looking for a Manager, Material Supply Warehouse who is responsible for leading all aspects of material storage, movement, and inventory management to support seamless supply chain operations. This role ensures the maintenance of optimal inventory levels, guarantees the timely dispatch of materials, and spearheads process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, support production needs, and align with overarching business objectives.
