∎ B.Sc in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from Public/Private University.

∎ 8 to 15 year(s)

Civil work, Electrical Maintenance, mechanical maintenance, Operation & Maintenance, Operational Management, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance:
∎ Plan and carry out efficient cyclical maintenance work to prolong the useful life of buildings and assets.
∎ Arrange proper maintenance of Aqua-Bio-Plant, Car Sticker, Power Supply, Sewerage & Drainage, Green Area, Electrical Substation etc. to ensure seamless operation.
∎ Ensure proper service and maintenance of intercom, Lifts, lighting, roads etc. to make sure that the tenants get promised facilities.
∎ Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are logged and recorded in the Maintenance and report register.
∎ Rent:
∎ Ensure monthly rent collection from the tenants to earn revenue.
∎ Review the rent as per the market rate annually.
∎ Service Charge:
∎ Review the service and utility charges annually through analyzing the present cost for operations of services considering direct and administrative costs.
∎ Make sure of the monthly collection of service charge and impose delay fine wherever necessary to keep with the administrative and operational cost of building maintenance and earn pre-planned profit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in client service operations
∎ Skilled on infrastructure management
∎ Knowledge on execution of various policies of the companies
∎ Skilled on MS Office (Word & Excel)
Salary: Negotiable
