Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in any Engineering field passed from any public University, Bangladesh or Diploma in Engineering passed from Govt. Polytechnic Institute, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To operate the maintenance work of lift, generator, Sub-station, electrical, sanitary & plumbing works, fire works etc.
∎ To deal with the space owners/Lessee.
∎ To operate trouble shooting works as per requirement.
∎ To deal with DPDC, WASA, DSCC etc.
∎ To collect the service charge from the space owners/Lessee.
∎ To monitor the Security & Safety team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer (6 Years experience)/ Diploma (10 Years experience). Minimum 2 (Two) years practical experience on Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting works of a high rise building in Dhaka City.

Salary: Negotiable
