Education:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning Mills.
∎ 5-8 years of experience in Spinning machine maintenance in a Spinning factory.
∎ Strong knowledge of industrial Spinning machines.
∎ Experience in handling automatic and computerized Spinning machines is a plus.
∎ Ability to manage and train a team of mechanics.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of Spinning machines and related equipment.
∎ Ensure all Spinning machines, cutting machines, Ring Frame, Auto cone, AC Plant and other production equipment are operating efficiently.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
∎ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide quick solutions to avoid production delays.
∎ Train and supervise the mechanical team for effective machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and mechanical regulations.
∎ Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the timely availability of necessary components.
∎ Coordinate with the production and quality teams to optimize machinery performance.
∎ Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to reduce operational expenses.
∎ Maintain records of machine performance, breakdown history, and maintenance activities.
