∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical / Automobiles Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electric Repairing, Electrical Maintenance, Engineering Maintenance, Installation and Maintenance, mechanical maintenance, Operation & Maintenance, Operation and Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good Knowledge of Equipments used in Automated paint shop, Weld shop
∎ Knowledge of Robotics & it’s maintenance is must
∎ Should able to monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule of equipment
∎ Good proficiency in Analytics
∎ Good Leadership capability
∎ To monitor and maintain stocks for consumable, critical spares.
∎ To monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements.
∎ To improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and imparting training to associates
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have thorough knowledge regarding Accord/ Alliance electrical, fire and structural safety.
∎ Candidate should have work experience in any compliance factory.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Ideal candidate should have mentality to work in production floor within a team
Salary: Negotiable
