Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering Department from BUTEX & other Public University.
∎ Diploma Mechanical /Electrical Engineering Department will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Engineering in Factory, Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Dyeing Factory, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & carrying out schedule maintenance.
∎ Responding to emergencies.
∎ Diagnosis machineries faults.
∎ Responsible for ensuring that facilities, layout & machinery used to produce new & existing materials & goods run to their maximum efficiency & output.
∎ To ensure total preventative maintenance.
∎ Sound knowledge in software programming of dyeing process in different composition of yarn.
∎ Produce written report & make presentations.
∎ Vast knowledge in sweater yarn dyeing function with different dyeing machineries like, cabinet, spray dyeing machine, Hydro extractor, dryer, packing machine, Lab auto-dispenser & Data color etc.
∎ Timely report to dyeing head in each status of Dyeing machineries.
∎ Monthly inventory & Budget of spare parts.
∎ Closely work with dyeing operation head & rely good suggestion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant at least 10 years' work experience in relevant textile (Spinning & dyeing) will be preferred.
∎ Initiative and Driven-Self Starter.
∎ Team work and team commitment.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
∎ Ability to work under sustain pressure.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
