Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE from any reputed instituion.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and supervise all types of maintenance works to keep uninterrupted operations;
∎ To establish, assign and communicate job responsibilities and schedules for employees involved in the maintenance works;
∎ To prepare periodic & preventive maintenance schedule and implement the programs without hampering the normal flow of production;
∎ To undertake trouble shooting of electrical problems and take corrective action on any other breakdown;
∎ To involve in installation of new machinery of new project with dynamic leadership & taking challenges to complete the work within the stipulated time;
∎ To hold technical meetings with external experts, supervise the entire erection of works as per their technical advice that must comply with the technical drawings;
∎ To supervise and inspect works performed by outside contractors and ensure that they are followings environment health and safety policies;
∎ To asses employee training need and arrange required training for skill development and professional efficiency;
∎ To Meet maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions;
∎ Any Other duties assigned by the Management related to the maintenance.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At Least 3 Years Experience as a Manager, Maintenance;
∎ Good Team management skill;
∎ Prompt to take any initiative.
