∎ B.Sc in Mechanical from BUET,CUET,RUET,KUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintanence

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Testing and approve new equipment & Setup work for Factory before handing off to production.
∎ Planning & undertaking schedule maintenance to reduce equipment failures and enhance reliability and scalability of the machines.
∎ Prepare machine breakdown report and submit to management.
∎ Ensure proper support for Tools and equipment's for smooth Production activity
∎ Forecasting & escalate the spares parts & consumables as per requirements to line & Production activities
∎ Work for closing the open technical & machine issues in the line with team and supplier
∎ Overseeing of Product failure root Cause Analysis & Solution implementation with Lab Testing
∎ Ensure Lab Testing on Daily Basis for ORT during MP & complete testing for PP from Lab
∎ Supervise the erection, setup & maintenance job for new SMT Factory & Technical knowledge sharing for SMT & Smart Phone Manufacturing
∎ Supervise & ensure completion of new SMT Project commissioning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience as a functional head of Maintenance.
∎ SMT Experience.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
