Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output.
∎ Responsible for predictive, total preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant equipment.
∎ Managing all types of breakdowns in mechanical and electrical section.
∎ Maintaining a company's assets and resources while controlling time and costs, thereby ensuring maximum efficiency of the manufacturing process.
∎ Scheduling and assigning work orders and proactive maintenance tasks by Inspect equipment and machinery and recommend repair or replacement with Estimate time and material costs of repair or modification work.
