Education:
∎ BSc in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial & Production Engineering from a reputed university.
∎ Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in maintenance roles, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries.
∎ Proven experience in leading a maintenance team.Knowledge of TPM, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Lean Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all factory machinery and utilities.
∎ Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
∎ Diagnose equipment faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
∎ Monitor performance metrics and maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, and machine histories.
∎ Coordinate with production and engineering departments to align maintenance schedules with operational priorities.
∎ Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Guide and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
∎ Ensure availability and effective inventory management of critical spares and consumables.
∎ Evaluate and implement best practices for maintenance management, including the use of CMMS systems.
∎ Liaise with vendors and external service providers as needed.
