∎ To ensure trouble free of Process machinery.
∎ To ensure minimize the overall maintenance cost.
∎ To ensure the process machinery always smooth operation and clean.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of spares and machine life.
∎ Strong cost consciousness, strong character, technical basis or willing to explain technical training exercise.
∎ Military background is preferred.
∎ Good Command in English.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ To ensure trouble free of Process machinery.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop proper responsibility and motivate excellent work among the staffs, thereby reducing absenteeism rate to a significant extend.
∎ To ensure professional development among the staffs by encouraging better performance providing proper leadership and by periodic monitoring.
∎ To ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all process machines.
∎ To ensure immediate response on call for any breakdown (if any) on 24 hours basis.
∎ To prepare the Departmental Annual Budget cost effectively and correctly.
∎ In time procurement of spares in order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the machines and to follow up the indents and reminders for procurement time to tome.
∎ Develop and modify existing systems economically.
∎ In time preparation of performance appraisal of sub-ordinates.
∎ To record all type important information relating to changes the design layout, breakdown, repair, preventive maintenance, machine history etc. in timely and correctly.
∎ Maintain high safety standard during working on any machine both in running and stop condition.
∎ To ensure workshop practice for repairing and new making of spares and compliance issues and fire drill also maintained.
∎ To ensure labor and welfare facilities for workers such as leave application, duty roster and manpower utilization.
∎ To ensure progress work in timely informed to management
