Cement Industry, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for distribution of factories.
∎ As a section Head monitoring, motivating, development the section shift by shift, Plan, Organize & Execute Distribution network throughout the country according companies' rule.
∎ Preparation Distribution Budget, weekly and monthly projected D. O. target following discussion with Factory & Head Office.
∎ Sound knowledge laws and other rules and regulations of BRTA & Traffic control department of police administration.
∎ Responsible for the entire process starting from preparation of Delivery Orders to delivery to the customer.
∎ Traveling extensively different sides of the country for investigate any complain of the customer & dealers.
∎ Inter departmental coordination with Distribution, Delivery Section, Weigh Bridge & VAT, for sending the materials to the right place in right time.
∎ Coordination with dealers & sales for planning the delivery as per the schedule.
∎ Technical advice to superior management related to transport operation, repair and related procurement.
∎ Assess and complete necessary repair and maintenance of the transports as and when required.
∎ Preparing every distribution report and dispatch the information to factory management, head office & marketing people when necessary.
∎ Maintaining communication channel of distribution process & build up the parallel relationship with other department/section.
∎ Return trip operation management
∎ Create awareness among the Driver about road safety & security, change of concerned law/Traffic rules etc. as and when required.

∎ Age 32 to 45 years
