Responsibilities & Context:
∎ JK Fitness Arena is looking for experienced and dedicated personnel, who are interested in working with our Fitness Team. We need a professional who has practical experience working with Fitness sector.
∎ Maintaining customer service standards.
∎ Training ,supervising and managing staff.
∎ Provides leadership in strategic and operational planning.
∎ Managing budgets and undertaking administrative tasks.
∎ Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programs.
∎ Keeping statistical and financial records.
∎ Maintaining fitness equipment.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Promoting and marketing company business.
∎ Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
