Job Context:
∎ This Position is responsible for Leading the total Inventory/Store department of a Large Infrastructure Company for its Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant Project.
∎ We are looking for a competent candidate who is experienced in Inventory job. Who is capable of solving the backlogs and leading the team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning and organizing Man powers of the store section.
∎ Assign roles and responsibilities for warehouse officers and warehouse staff.
∎ Planning and executing warehouse manner and issue.
∎ Coordinate among Store, Commercial, Procurement, Accounts, and other related Departments.
∎ Involve in setting up policy and procedures related issue of the Store Section.
∎ Maintain the re-order level and placed those order to Procurement Department.
∎ Arranging development program for Warehouse Coordinator and Warehouseman through mentoring, developmental assignments
∎ Processing Warehouse Relevant Reports (Material Requisition Report, Receiving Record, Material Movement Record, Material Stock Report etc)
∎ Check Bin card and update.
∎ Performing Monthly physical Inventory audit
∎ Ensure proper stocking & all moving items are available.
∎ Make requisition for all fewer stock items.
∎ Inform higher authority for all slow-moving & out of stock items.
∎ Follow up all short expire item list.
∎ Providing logistics support to all departments as and when required.
∎ Ensure all receiving & delivery.
∎ MIS Report (Daily/ Weekly/ Month)
∎ Must have experience in ERP Software (Inventory Module).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have the mentality to take the pressure and to work under pressure.
