Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Subcontract Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sub-Contract planning.
∎ Sub-Contract sourcing.
∎ Sub-Contract Engagement as per SOP and effective negotiation.
∎ Cost control strategy.
∎ Performance management.
∎ Claim/Dispute settlement.
∎ Day to day activities and communication.
∎ Develop specific policies/SOP and proper execution. Provide regular training to develop team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
