Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to:-
∎ Develop the company's inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital.
∎ Create, install, and/or monitor inventory management system.
∎ Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
∎ Central store management.
∎ Coordinate monthly, half yearly and yearly physical inventory count and audit.
∎ Ensuring the proper record keeping relating to projects store.
∎ Making arrangement for removal of excess or unused material from project.
∎ Sale arrangement of scrap material.
∎ Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
∎ Train, develop and retain a strong inventory team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum Ten (10) years' experience in a relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aggregates, Readymix Concrete, Asphalt & Building Materials.
∎ Experience in construction materials handling and supervision of Inventory Department.
∎ Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO and Weighted Average Method inventory management.
∎ Experiential knowledge of the ABC stock classification system.
∎ Understanding of the proper use of Work Orders, priorities and schedules.
∎ Ability to analyse a business system.
∎ Good Command in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and Inventory Management Software.
