∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Project Audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-check the process & cost of all bills before forwarding them to accounts (Payable & Cash) and on-site checking for cash expenditure.
∎ Verification of project inventory (spot checking and MRR-wise checking).
∎ Advances and adjustments (Vendors and Employees), & vendors payable.
∎ Verification of product specification, qualified suppliers, terms & conditions & rate of all CS & work order of contractor for various construction work.
∎ Check modification work-related bills/ refunds prior to processing the payment

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
