Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team of Interior Designers to develop and implement innovative and cost-efficient designs for residential and commercial properties.
∎ Monitor and maximize the productivity of the Interior Designers and ensure that all designs meet the required standards and timelines.
∎ Analyze customer needs and preferences to create customized designs that meet their aesthetic requirements.
∎ Manage and oversee all project-related activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
∎ Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
∎ Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed of the latest trends, materials, and techniques.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes of practice.
