Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee of factory recruitment, compensation & benefits, attendance & leave management, training & development, disciplinary actions, employee relations, grievance handling, etc.
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with the Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers' COC, Industry standards, etc.
∎ Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, Manpower planning as per requirement.
∎ Manage administrative operations, including facility management, security, and office resources.
∎ Ensure a positive work environment by resolving grievances and fostering effective communication between management and staff.
∎ Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and corporate policies, including social and ethical audits.
∎ Ensure the factory’ working environments are in accordance with social compliance standards.
∎ Ensure legal compliance documents up to date.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Work closely with departmental heads to ensure alignment of HR practices with operational needs.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the team to stay current with HR trends and best practices.
