Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK), a national level non-government women`s organization, mandated to promote gender equality, human rights and fostering personal and political empowerment of women and girls in Bangladesh. NUK extended its eye care services under its integrated health and family development Programme in Kishoreganj district with the mission is to provide high quality eye care services to the rural poor for prevention and control of needless and avaoidable blindness in Bangladesh. Now, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) operating an independent Kishoreganj Eye Hospital (KEH), Egaroshindur Community Hospital, NUK Eye Hospital and health based donor projects in Kishoreganj District and Dhaka.
∎ Currently, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) is looking for a dedicated, hard-working and self-motivated MANAGER (HOSPITAL) for its eye hospitals who is capable to run the hospital operational part proactively with address/solve problems and administering to implementing procedures to maximize the patient care and smooth running of hospital.
∎ Work experience in administration, Fin & Admin or HR & Admin department in any hospital or health project or Experience in managing clinic, hospital; OR Experience as Team Leader /Project Manager of Govt/non-Govt health project individuals are also can apply..
∎ Candidate who have goal oriented, risk and challenge taker, achiever and excellent leader with have relevant field experiences are encouraged to apply confidently.
∎ Job Location: Savar (Dhaka) and Kishoreganj District
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager (Hospital) will need to oversee all administrative task i.e. day to day administrative task, cleaning service, stock & inventory management, purchase and maintenance of goods & equipment's, vehicle and land management;
∎ Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the hospital.
∎ Closely work with Finance team in preparing and managing hospital budget.
∎ Assess and recommend improvements to procedures and practices, to contribute to the effective delivery of business support services.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of records and databases to ensure information is organized and readily available for business/department heads.
∎ Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of hospitals goods and equipment's.
∎ Developing procedures to deliver maximum patient care.
∎ Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members in collaboration with HR.
∎ Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries regarding the hospital.
∎ Ensure all reporting are done in timely manner;
∎ Willingness to frequent field visits in hospital working areas;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Supervisory/Managerial position is must in relevant field.

∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability in problem solving and decision making
∎ Ability to work under stressful/workload job context;
∎ Willingness to frequent field visits for close monitoring of project activities. Candidates who have not willing or problem in visiting field is no need to apply.
