∎ Supervise daily administrative works.
∎ Ensure smooth service delivery to patients.
∎ Maintain employee attendance & leave record.
∎ Prepare duty roster/work schedules of staff.
∎ Devise and implement administrative plans and policies.
∎ Ensure prompt supply of medical and office equipment.
∎ Monitor staff's performance.
∎ Address quires of patients & resolve their issues.
∎ Ensure a patient-friendly environment and monitor quality of services.
∎ Assist All the Seniors in the Hospital & do all administrative functions properly.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the authority.
