Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree/ post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering reputed Public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 10-12 years' Experience in Pharmaceuticals industry & Minimum five years practical work experience as a Manager in reputed pharmaceuticals.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Pharmaceuticals Industry.
∎ Must have sound Knowledge of all phases of project management including architecture, structure and layout design, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, life safety for capital equipment, line extensions and process product development.
∎ Experience with plant systems typically found in pharmaceutical GMP production
∎ Ability to handle multiple task/trouble shooting of modern pharmaceutical operational machines.
∎ Coordinate & Supervise the Installation, Qualification, Operation & Maintenance of HVAC, Utility & Machinery.
∎ Handling of works (Load calculation, capacity planning of production & utility machinery).
∎ Develop the utility design, detail engineering (Mechanical & Electrical).
∎ Coordinate & preparation of URS, validation document & SOP of machinery.
∎ Knowledge about mechanical installation standard, safety regulations etc. along with outstanding capacity to monitor mechanical team & progress of work in factory Knowledge of a new pharmaceutical work coordination activity.
∎ Mechanical Engineer for design, details engineering data calculation, Installation, Qualification, Validation.
∎ Working knowledge of Machine Controls, Drafting, Budgeting, Costing, Financial Systems, Development and GMP, Quality System Regulation, and ISO Requirements.
∎ Knowledge of inventory and purchasing Systems.
∎ Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean certification strongly preferred
∎ Excellent leadership skills and a track record of developing subordinates
∎ Computer literacy, advance capability of using Auto Cad, Microsoft Excel & other office packages is a must.
∎ Communication & good inter-personal skill to work effectively & efficiently in a team.
