Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree either in Industrial & Project Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and (Public University) reputed university.
Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full time permanent position
∎ Job Location: Factory, Tongi BSCIC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate & Supervise the Installation, Operation & Maintenance of HVAC & Utility Machinery.
∎ Co-Ordinate the HVAC maintenance, documentation, Air balancing. Calibration & HEPA test etc. Keep maintenance record and inventory control of utility machinery spars.
∎ Handling of project works (Load calculation, capacity planning of production & utility machinery).
∎ Develop the utility design, detail engineering (Mechanical & Electrical).
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
∎ Coordinate & preparation of URS, validation document & SOP of machinery.
∎ knowledge about mechanical installation standard, safety regulations etc along with outstanding capacity to monitor mechanical team & progress of work in factory
∎ Knowledge of a new pharmaceutical project work coordination activities.
∎ Computer literacy, advance capability of using Auto Cad, Microsoft Excel & other office packages is a must.
∎ Communication & good inter-personal skill to work effectively & efficiently in a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum five years practical work experience in a reputed pharmaceutical Project in manufacturing plant.
∎ Mechanical Engineer for project side, design, details engineering data calculation, Erection, Installation, Qualification, Validation & trial run of project system & Mechanical.
∎ Having 2-3 years' experience in the similar positions in a reputed pharmaceutical company with track record in Formulation & Analytical Division.
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Self-management including: Ability to prioritize own work load, able to work independently, committed to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality in all areas of work.
