Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership: Will be the whole responsible and lead the food and beverage department efficiently and effectively.
∎ Team Management: Manage F&B professionals, promoting cooperation and healthy workplace culture.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Observe market trends and best practices to spot chances of enhancing food and beverage decisions, and simplifying operations.
∎ Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies for the hospital's food and beverage department, aligning with company goals.
∎ Quality Control: Ensuring F&B activities meet high standards for food quality, safety, and hygiene.
∎ Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Stay updated on BSTI and other regulatory bodies on food safety, hygiene, and licensing, ensuring compliance.
∎ Store Management: Supervise kitchen store and monitor performance in a timely and actively for ensuring transparency and accountability.
∎ Menu Planning and Development: Maintain balanced meals satisfying patients, guests, and employees while ensuring nutrition and flavor.
∎ Financial Management: Manage department budget, cost control, inventory, and pricing strategies for profitability.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other hospital departments mainly the dietetics department to coordinate F&B services while improving overall patient care and experience.
∎ Client Management: Ensure all patients, visitors, and employees receive suitable customer service, quickly and effectively resolving issues or complaints.
∎ Annual Plan and Budget: Provide an annual business plan and budget along with the organizational business plan.
