Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guiding the support team and creating an environment for support teams for bringing in efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks
∎ Initiate and guide support team for process development and continuous improvement
∎ Managing service contracts of vendors
∎ Establish and monitor company policies and propose changes in policy
∎ Plan and organize event and activities in collaboration with support team
∎ Manage company assets and infrastructure
∎ Analyze and evaluate day to day and special requirements and place to management for approval
∎ Coordination with different departments for implementation of new services and development works.
∎ Oversee and control costs relating to day to activities and costs of conveyance, food etc.
∎ Vendor evaluation and management
∎ Execute any other assignments instructed by management which is not covered in this job description
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 46 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
