Job Responsibilities:
∎ Party handling with menu and costing
∎ Cost contract costing of food
∎ Prepare requisition of raw materials for kitchen
∎ Deploy duty for waiter, cook and concern staffs
∎ Ensure members' satisfaction through promoting excellent service
∎ Maintain quality control and hygienic for all food services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years experience in similar job.
∎ Computer knowledge in Ms Excel, Ms Word and internet browsing.
