Experience:

Operational Management and Emergency Response

• Oversee the operations of the fire department, including fire extinguishment, pre-fire planning, fire prevention, and fire investigation.
• Conduct fire extinguishment operations with primary regard for the protection of life and property.
• Respond to fire alarms and other related emergency calls.
• Deploy fire apparatus and fire personnel in the most advantageous manner for the control and extinguishment of fire and preservation of life and properties.
• Establish proper precautionary measures on all factory/ office premises of SBG

Planning, Compliance, and Technical Oversight

• Design a comprehensive fire safety plan.
• Utilize knowledge of fire detection and protection systems installation and commissioning capacity.
• Supervise the validity and condition of the fire license, Fire safety plan, occupancy certificate, floor plan, signs of exit, and related documents.
• Coordinate program and policy execution and enforcement.
• Conduct a minimum of two inspections focusing on fire prevention, protection, personnel affairs, apparatus, and equipment.
• Supervise pre-fire planning surveys and industry fire prevention inspections.

Personnel, Training, and Administration

• Ensure proper management, discipline, and training of the members of the fire department.
• Maintain a personnel roster for purposes, training records, work assignments, and firefighters' leave management schedules.
• Balance personnel through appropriate assignment, detail, or transfers, to provide maximum personnel on duty at all times.
• Call upon meetings with subordinate fire officers for the purpose of reporting on training practices, policy matters, working conditions, and other related subjects that may affect the efficiency of the fire department in operations.
• Supervise the training program of fire volunteers.

Safety Meetings and Scheduling

• Arrange monthly safety meetings with concerned officials and prepare meeting minutes accordingly.
• Prepare a Monthly schedule for safety meetings, fire drills, and inspections.
