Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Any Discipline with PGDHRM is preferable.
∎ Preference Army Officer with minimum 3years job experience in Private organization.
∎ Skills Required: Factory Administration, Factory Compliance, General Administration, Security Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Factory Compliance, General Administration, Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Hatchery, Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, legal & corporate affairs, prepare monthly attendance report.
∎ Maintenance of leave register.
∎ Protocol services.
∎ Strictly monitoring overall security activities.
∎ Maintaining weekly & daily roster.
∎ Maintain different sorts of tasks assigned by management.
∎ Weekly & monthly meeting arrangement.
∎ To prepare & maintain personal file.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
∎ To follow management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Labor management and control of all contractor labor.
∎ Logistic support as required by the department.
∎ Maintaining intensive liaison with head office HR & Admin department in all operational and important activities.
∎ Able to execute factory operations and Admin/HR activities.
∎ Assist management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Implement and monitor various compliance issues.
∎ Assist to develop and monitor strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Communicate with Local & Govt. Law Enforcing Agency and other concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security of the company.
∎ Ensure factory/company safety, security and interest with utmost professionalism.
∎ Ensure selection & placement process.
∎ To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have good command in English and good knowledge in MS office applications.
∎ Good drafting knowledge.
∎ Good communication and people handling skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Agro Based companies, Garments, Textile
