∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation in any discipline. B.Sc (Civil) may also apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Construction, Installation & Maintenance works will be given preference.
∎
∎ Workstation: Bhaluka, Mymensingh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and supervise all construction and installation works at factory site.
∎ Managing daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment.
∎ Dealing with local govt regulatory bodies and local influentials.
∎ Identify and report equipment repair and maintenance works promptly
∎ Delegate daily work assignments and schedules for employees at factory
∎ Utilization of work force for achieving goal as well as reduction wastage and stop pilferage .
∎ Report to top management directly for issues related to factory.
∎ Monitor store inventory and report any needs to the management.
∎ Ensure safety and security of the under construction factory.
∎ Managing site supervisor/labour/contractors.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superiors and management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have computer literacy.
∎ Honest, energetic, smart and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
