Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying target market and preparing new project/client lists.
∎ Delivering presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
∎ Pricing and negotiation for required services.
∎ Developing value added services, focusing on client needs.
∎ Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
∎ Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
∎ Maintain stock levels and parts within budget.
∎ Ensure compliance with Govt. regulations.
∎ Prepare necessary documents for VENDOR selection.
∎ Oversee security of buildings and grounds.
∎ Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.
∎ Plan marketing campaigns to enhance brand image and increase the revenue stream.
∎ Forecasting, allocating, and supervising the resources of facility management.
∎ Ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
∎ Establishing proper hierarchy to create accountability among all ABCFL employees.
∎ Developing, maintaining and renewing service/ maintenance agreements with clients.
∎ Overseeing and agreeing to contracts and providing for services including security, cleaning, technical etc.
∎ Conducting constructive discussion sessions at a regular interval followed by fair evaluations.
∎ Monitoring general accounting tasks, such as payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 42 years
∎ Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations.
∎ Knowledge of general maintenance methods: operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
∎ Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter.
∎ Strong procurement and negotiation skills
∎ Experience progressive professional responsibility for management and administration of any service provider organization.
