Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Finance/Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certified Public Accounts FCA FCMA FCCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions
∎ Preparing the statements of financial position, statements of comprehensive income, statements of cash flows, statements of changes & equity (Annually, Half yearly and monthly) actual & tax purpose.
∎ Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments and other financial needs as necessary and 4pcs related activities
∎ Bank and leasing related all task
∎ Inventory management
∎ Preparing, developing and administrating budget process including preparation, consolidation and distribution of budgets and related reports
∎ Directs the management of cash fund for the organization
∎ Monitoring the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the organization
∎ Directs budget and controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports
∎ Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows) and recommends changes to improve system
∎ Process vendor payments and check requests
∎ Make sure an accurate filling and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
∎ Ensure that legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory/Regulatory bodies
∎ Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
∎ Prepare financial forecast
∎ Accounts receivable management
∎ Plans and directs analysis of financial data
∎ Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis
∎ Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ Tax & VAT management
∎ Analyzed product costing
∎ Assist management to take alternative decision
∎ Propose changes to ensure achievement of financial targets
∎ Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance and scaling of the business
∎ Mentor and develop the team of direct reports, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation and the building of an effective team dynamic

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank management, Cost control, Financial Reporting & Forecasting, Internal Control Systems, Product Costing & budgeting, VAT & Tax management and Product Pricing.
