∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit the export market, find out the good Importer.
∎ To find out new export market & Distributor network.
∎ Collect order and payment from the Importer.
∎ To ensure the regular lifting by Importer.
∎ Prepare the yearly forecast as per the market.
∎ To ensure the activities of foreign sales people.
∎ To guide the foreign sales people for sales.
∎ To arrange trade program for importer & distributor.
∎ To arrange the Importers meeting in Bangladesh yearly basis.
∎ To arrange the distributor conference every year.
∎ Review of performance of exporting Importer, Supper-stockiest (SS) & distributor
∎ Analyze the pricing, packing & quality of all of our products in comparison of market value
∎ Analyze the duty structure, VAT & other legal requirements of the concerned country
∎ To work trademark registration
∎ Maintain liaison with State Govt(s) and different agencies, e.g. Customs, Lab Test, etc.
∎ Communicate with foreign buyers on regular basis.
∎ Prepare and monitor export documentation (Invoice. Packing Certificate of Origin, SAFTA Bank EXP etc.) & Letter of Credit and Sales Contact related banking formalities.
∎ Maintain liaison with Export promotion Bureau Local, Trading House, Shipping Ines
∎ Generate ideas for product, promotion, and development of labeling & packaging
∎ Analyze sales report and prepare sales plan to forecast key areas of export
∎ Co-ordinate with production plant to ensure timely shipment
∎ Participate in different fairs and visit different places within the country and abroad as per the requirement of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis.
∎ Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing.
∎ Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
∎ Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships.
∎ Excellent leadership qualities.
∎ Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ Practical & Adequate knowledge in export documents.
∎ To keep up to date records of all buyers' order information's, Shipment.
∎ Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
∎ Advanced negotiation abilities.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent computer and software skills.
