Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Manage & Execute every day Engineering activity in the Plant.
∎ Control all the relevant technicians and maintenance operators and their output in order to meet daily maintenance activity in the plant as per direction from factory management continuously.
∎ Maintain GMP & GEP standards, ICH guidelines and Other International standards of Pharmaceutical Quality.
∎ Ensure perfect Operation of all Machinery & Equipment's concerned including power generator, substation, Air compressor, HVAC system
∎ Prepared, Study and modify existing design by Auto Cad as per requirement by management.
∎ Ensure optimum operation efficiency and safety.
∎ Ensure safety operation of all machinery and periodically train everyone concerned.
∎ Ensure regular and periodic preventive maintenance and equipment management.
∎ Maintain, Ensure operation with Safe guard of overall electrical and electronics equipment.
∎ Maintain ETP & ZLD system that are already in action
∎ To liaison with various offices DESCO, DPDC, BREB for related work for all projects.
∎ Any Other duties as when order by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Proven work experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
∎ Proven managerial experience of minimum 2 years.
∎ Computer literacy- Efficient in MS Office, Excel & Internet usage, AUTOCAD & Solid works drawing layout plant drawing, Circuit diagram.
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
∎ Strong team building, people management skills.
∎ Able to work extended hour on occasions when required.
