Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading, supervising and managing the engineering team for the successful implementation of the project
∎
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations as per manufacturer's recommendation.
∎
∎ Review design inputs & engineering drawings and implementing cost-effective equipment to improve safety and reliability.
∎
∎ Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information.
∎
∎ Supervising and attending scheduled & unscheduled maintenance of main engines and auxiliaries, Fuel system, Intake air system, Water Treatment System, Fuel Treatment System, Control air system as well as Steam Turbine, Boiler and other equipment etc.
∎
∎ Proficiency to independently find, evaluate, troubleshoot root cause of complex nature of faults arising from O&M of power plants and recommend to fix those accurately and with prudent technical requirements.
∎
∎ Guide, train, supervise and develop team members in maintenance skills.
∎
∎ Co-ordinate with third party maintenance team.
∎
∎ Performs other works assigned by management.
∎
∎

∎ At list 3 to 5 years practical experience preferably in privately operated Power Plant.
