Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (Mechanical/ EEE)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and supervise team effectively to minimize downtime of machines in production department.
∎ Co-ordinate with all department heads and all dedicated teams for facing different regulatory audits.
∎ Direct and control day to day operations of Engineering department.
∎ Examine maintenance record and repair work performed.
∎ Prepare Engineering design, drawing, planning, estimation, sourcing, cost analysis of all Engineering projects.
∎ Monitor repair, installation and commissioning of machineries and equipment.
∎ Supervise Engineering department related instrument calibration and validation works.
∎ Supervise qualification works of HVAC system and plant machineries and equipment

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-12 years (minimum 5 years in managerial position)
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
∎ Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
