Major duties and responsibilities:

• Lead electrical engineering, maintenance, and power distribution operations to ensure uninterrupted and safe electricity supply across the factory.

• Oversee the maintenance of substations, transformers, generators, electrical panels, distribution systems, motors, lighting, earthing, and other electrical installations.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans while monitoring electrical breakdowns, power consumption, energy efficiency, and maintenance costs.

• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, fire and electrical safety guidelines, and relevant inspection and certification requirements.

• Lead and develop the electrical engineering team while coordinating with Production, Mechanical Engineering, EHS, and other departments to improve equipment reliability, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
