Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the Master Construction Schedule.
∎ Micro Level Planning of every construction activity.
∎ Scheduling and monitoring the Baseline Schedule and Resources as per contract and site progress.
∎ Updating W.A.R. / Situation Room on weekly basis (Progress Monitoring).
∎ Updating management on progress and status of project by submitting MIS Report to RO and HO.
∎ Preparing and allocating KRA (Key Result Area) for all technical departments
∎ Preparing Manpower Histograms, Cash flow, Progress S-Curves and updating the same.
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedule & Reports for every activity
∎ In case of Backlog, preparing Catch-up Program to achieve the target.
∎ Coordinating with Site in-charges to achieve the targets and preparing daily work schedule
∎ Resources planning based on the Schedule and Requirement of the site.
∎ Preparing annual budgets, monthly targets and monitoring on regular basis.
∎ Material Procurement Plans and follow up with indent tracking.
∎ Liaison with External agencies, Clients, Architects & consultants for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on-time Clearances.
∎ Follow up of daily progress reports from site, reviewing and analyzing the reports with productivity requirement.
∎ Monitoring and mobilizing manpower and machineries at site.
∎ Prepared "Extension Of Time" (EOT) application for the project.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
