Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Public University students (BUET,CUET, KUET & RUET) will get preference
∎ Priority will be given to those who have obtained IEB number
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, building design, Civil Construction, Construction cost estimation, Project Costing, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Structural Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Coordinate between construction site and office for smooth decision making process.
∎ Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling and Coordinating.
∎ Quality control, Site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvement.
∎ To provide timely feedback and maintain liaison with top management
∎ Applicants must have technical knowhow and expertise regarding overall Building construction Affairs.
∎ To guide the preparation and presentation of a BOQ considering the best cost structure with details of direct and indirect material, labor and overhead cost components.
∎ To perform risk management to minimize project risk.
∎ Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.
∎ Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
∎ Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
∎ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with designer team/client/Department as well as effectively lead the trades
∎ Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings.
∎ Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Inform the Consultant/Client of ant errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant's design drawings.
∎ Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
∎ Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client including final hold backs.
∎ Expertise in using AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
∎ Expertise in MB (Measurement Book).
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate Project or Government construction project work. (Construction Firm)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BOQ, Civil Engineering, Project Operation, Project Planning, QC & Compliance, Structural Engineering etc.
∎ Must have strong Communication and Project Management Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
