Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing consultation in the planning, designing and selection stage of all projects undertaken by the company.
∎ Assist the company in construction plans based on the architectural designs and operational objects.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing and design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on the specification.
∎ Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project.
∎ Keep the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection at construction site.
∎ Liaison and coordination with consultant and department.
∎ Ensuring the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the supervisor/ head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis.

∎ The applicant should have experiences in the following area(s)
∎ Drawing 3D CAD, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Building construction, Business development, civil construction, civil work.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s) Engineering Firms/ Real estate
