∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Receive and sort sample & accessories deliveries / couriers.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
∎ Prepare daily attendance report.
∎ Coordinating the interview process with the Recruitment Team.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Assisting the HR team to prepare reports, documents.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, papers, forms etc.)
∎ Receive letters, packages and distribute them.
∎ Securing parcels.
∎ Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
∎ Keep updated records and files.
∎ Time to time follow up with logistic department & provide necessary supports.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ Database Maintain in Excel, Front Desk, Good at Word and Excel, Reception, Telephone Communication, Visitor Handling
