Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage investigations involving allegations of potential misconduct and violation of company code of conduct and other policies and procedures
∎ Co-ordinate and lead whistle-blower cases together with the stakeholders
∎ Evaluate cases for patterns and trends to identify failures in policies, procedures and/or internal controls
∎ Perform Stakeholder Management for follow-up action plans in identified areas of improvement
∎ Provide regular briefings to management on the progress of investigations including any potential delays or issues; and any potential findings or risks identified
∎ Monitor the progress of corrective measures taken
∎ Safeguarding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-7 years of experience in a relevant role
∎ Advanced analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task
∎ Understanding of workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
∎ Ability to handle difficult or volatile situations/individuals effectively
∎ Ability to lead, summarize and follow up on investigations and to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
