Job Circular: Manager
Elite Club is looking for a sophisticated and results-driven Showroom Manager to lead our premium outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Advice: Act as a mentor to the showroom staff, providing daily guidelines and professional advice to ensure a high-standard service culture.
Premium Customer Management: Personally handle HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and premium walk-in clients, ensuring an elite shopping experience and long-term loyalty.
Content Strategy: Provide creative guidelines and directions for creating high-quality in-store photos and videos (Reels/Shorts) for brand promotion.
Social Media Management: Actively manage and monitor official social media channels, ensuring timely responses to queries and maintaining brand consistency.
Performance Monitoring: Constant monitoring of sales targets, staff discipline, and inventory health to ensure zero operational gaps.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or CSE background is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Showroom Management, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
Digital Expertise: Proven track record in managing social media platforms and understanding digital engagement metrics.
Communication: Fluent in English and Bengali with excellent interpersonal and "soft selling" skills.
Creative Eye: Ability to identify trends and guide the team in producing aesthetic content for a premium brand.
