Engineering Firms, Garments, Group of Companies, Paper, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared and checked Electrical.
∎ Checked and verified all electro-mechanical design.
∎ Checked and verified all electro-mechanical schedule
∎ Prepared Electrical BOQ.
∎ Preparation of comparative statement of electro-mechanical materials.
∎ Preparation of agreement for electro-mechanical works.
∎ Preparation of work order for electro-mechanical works.
∎ Visit and make report of various suppliers works
∎ Coordination and corresponding with consultant of all electro-mechanical works.
∎ Prepared of schedule for passenger lift
∎ Prepared of schedule for Sub-station and generator of by Microsoft excel (soft ware).
∎ Prepared electrical cost of estimate.
∎ Maintain of routine service for generator of all project
∎ Time to time project supervision and maintain liaison with project in-charged
∎ Checked of electro-mechanical and consultant bill.
∎ Keep record and verify of electricity bill for all project.
∎ Whole electro-mechanical supervision maintains.
∎ Checked requisition of electrical materials for all projects.
∎ Maintain of routine service for VRF AC.
∎ Maintain of routine service for Passenger lift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a minimum experience of 10 years in above description works.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Industrial power distribution system.
∎ Knowledge on Solar Power, Online/Offline UPS, IPS.
∎ Basic knowledge on New Power connection procedure.
∎ Working experience in paper industries, garments industries, Real State & Construction.
∎ Knowledge on Lightning Protection System (LPS).
∎ Knowledge on Emergency battery backup lighting.
∎ Polite, Smart and Intelligent.
∎ Knowledge of quotation investigation & issuing work order.
∎ Adaptability to stay at Project/Factory premises
∎ Should have strong interpersonal and high level management skill to motivate and lead a team of professionals.
