construction of factory building, Familiar with BNBC Code, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management, Hospital, Residential Building

Consulting Firms, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure national & international codes during the installation of the electrical system.
∎ Modification and correction of electrical design and Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
∎ Capable of fault findings and installation of electrical equipment.
∎ Capable of making understanding electrical diagrams.
∎ Organize, plan, and manage all contractors and vendors to ensure execution of works as per approved design and drawings and also ensure the quality of works as per the technical specifications.
∎ Understand & supervision of electrical works, power generation and distribution, grounding, lighting system, CCTV, access control, car parking, under vehicle scanning system, and BMS.
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, clients, architects, team members, and other stakeholders.
∎ Make advance plans, supervise daily work progress, and take necessary actions to maintain the project's work schedule.
∎ Practice and ensure health, safety, and environment (HSE) management system.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, and other relevant software.
∎ The ability to work to meet target deadlines.
