Requirements:

∎ 8+ years of experience in electrical maintenance engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues effectively.
∎ Must know how to repair generators, welding machines, electrical circuits, etc.
∎ Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and risk management to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Ability to manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with team members.
∎ Competency in collaborating with others, including engineers, technicians, and management, to achieve project goals and solve problems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Supervising all electrical installation work, electrical schedule maintenance work to keep proper record.
∎ Ensure timely and efficient repair of breakdowns and maintenance issues.
∎ Diagnose mechanical, electrical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
∎ Ensure that all equipment operates in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
∎ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
∎ Work with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality parts and materials at competitive prices.
∎ Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
∎ Manage the upkeep of the facility, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
∎ Responsible for analysis, sourcing, installation, and maintenance of all types of electrical equipment such as generators, air conditioning, lighting, power lines, IPS, etc.
∎ Responsible for electrical capacity analysis and accurate electrical load calculations for all projects
∎ Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
∎ Manager, Electrical and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance activities within the organization. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. The role involves leading a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
