∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 8-10 years working experience in Feed mill sector.
∎ Experience: Minimum 8-10 years working experience in Feed mill sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Feed mill’s electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot of machineries to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
∎ Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
∎ Plan and execute electrical upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and safety.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, and address any identified hazards.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
∎ Prepare and present reports on Feed mill’s system performance, maintenance activities, and project status.
∎ AGRO INDUSTRIAL TRUST (AIT) is a pioneer and leading feed company in Bangladesh. AIT is producing various types of Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed from 1988 which is branded as “AIT Feed”.
